In simple language: we only use your information to try to help you with your treehouse related request.

We don't sell your information.
We don't harass you. We aren't cold callers or aggressive salespeople... Our tree houses sell themselves.
If you tell us not to call, we won't - we'll email. If we email back and forth a few times then it eventually becomes faster to have a phone call. By then, you probably won't mind.

We do have a mailing list. Unless you mention that you want to opt out, you will get 3-4 email messages per year from us to announce our workshops, major events, etc. If you don't want the messages, just say so in the comment section and I'll make sure you don't get them.

We ask for certain information because it helps us provide service to you without asking for the information later. It's easier to get it all up front in case we forget to ask you later. For instance:

If you want to know how much custom treehouses cost, then we first need to know your city and state. Our traveling distance is a factor in your treehouse construction cost.
If you want to get a brochure in the mail, then we need your full mailing address.
If you want to schedule a tree house consultation, then we will need your phone number in case we need to contact you while on the road or in the unlikely event that we need to cancel the appointment.
