THE BUILDING PROCESS
Construction services are offered in 2 forms:
1. Turn-Key Construction:
You hire us as your GC, we become licensed in your state (if we aren’t already), and we take care of the whole process for you, from design to ordering your Wonderful Structures product, importing, managing workers, inspections, and finally achieving your U&O permit.
2. Partial Construction.:
We handle the Wonderful Structures technology aspects of your build. Either you hire a GC or you act as your own GC. Either way, we will work with you to define a scope of work that typically includes ordering and installing the Wonderful Structures product, waterproofing, and making any/all attachments to the shell frame. We typically make an additional trip after you have completely roughed everything in to do all final waterproofing of any penetrations.
